1. Scope of Services

FIVS provides consultancy, facilitation, and documentation assistance for financial and insurance services. We are not a bank, NBFC, or insurance company.

2. No Guarantee Clause

• Loan approvals depend on lender eligibility criteria.
• Insurance policy issuance and claims are subject to insurer underwriting and policy terms.
• FIVS does not guarantee approval, interest rates, premiums, or claim settlement.

3. Customer Obligations

• Provide accurate and genuine information
• Submit valid and lawful documents
• Read and understand loan agreements and insurance policy wordings
• Comply with repayment schedules and policy conditions

Any misrepresentation may lead to service cancellation.

4. Fees & Charges

• Consultancy or service fees (if applicable) will be disclosed in advance.
• Banks, NBFCs, and insurers may charge additional fees beyond FIVS control.
• Government taxes and statutory charges are payable by the customer.

5. Insurance Claim Assistance Disclaimer

FIVS assists in documentation and follow-ups only.
Claim approval, rejection, delay, or settlement amount is solely decided by the insurer.

6. RBI & IRDAI Regulatory Disclaimer

• FIVS does not influence lending or underwriting decisions.
• All financial and insurance products are governed by RBI and IRDAI regulations respectively.
• Customers are advised to verify product details independently before final acceptance.

7. Limitation of Liability

FIVS shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of loans or insurance proposals
• Delays caused by banks, NBFCs, insurers, or third parties
• Financial losses due to market risks or policy changes
• Technical or system-related failures

8. Termination of Services

FIVS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Fraud or misuse is detected
• Regulatory or legal violations occur
• Required documents are not provided

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the FIVS website are protected and may not be copied without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
